Hello, my name is Angel Garcia I am the owner of Guardian Home Inspection. Before becoming a Real Estate inspector I worked in the construction field for many years. I received my formal training in Real Estate inspection at ITA, Inspection Training Associates Kaplan. In 1987, ITA founded North America’s first licensed home inspection school. I graduated ITA in September 11, 2005. I have performed over 700 Real Estate inspections in my career as a Real Estate inspector.
I am a Certified Member in good standing with InterNACHI International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. InterNACHI requires that I stay current with building and safety practices by following a strict continuing education policy that requires that I receive 24 hours of continuing education a year and pass a certification test each year with InterNACHI.
